The Trust Score (out of 95) reflects self-awareness, consistency, and honesty in your interview — not desirability. High scores mean your answers were specific, your values were coherent, and you didn't perform. It's shown to your match, not the public.
How does the interview work?+
It's a 10-12 minute text conversation with Tellwell's AI. It asks questions about your relationships, what you're looking for, how you handle conflict, and what partnership actually means to you. No trick questions. No right answers. It's designed to surface who you actually are, not who you want to seem.
Is my interview private?+
Your interview transcript is never shown to matches. Only a curated profile — written from what the interview revealed — is shared. You can request full deletion of your data at any time by emailing founder@tellwellai.com.
Is Tellwell free?+
The interview and profile are free. We're currently in early access. Paid plans for verified matching and priority introductions will launch with the mobile app.
When does the mobile app launch?+
Android and iOS apps are in development. If you complete your interview now, your profile carries over automatically at launch — you won't need to start again.
How do I delete my account?+
Email founder@tellwellai.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your registered email. We'll delete all data within 7 days, in line with India's DPDP Act 2023.
Who can join Tellwell?+
Anyone 18 or older based in India who is genuinely looking for a relationship. Tellwell is currently invite-based — early access is limited while we build carefully.
