What we collect

Name, email address, date of birth, gender, city, intent, and your interview transcript. We do not collect payment information at this time. We do not access your contacts, location, or camera without explicit permission.

How we use it

To build your profile, find compatible matches, and improve Tellwell. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Interview transcripts are processed by Groq AI (our LLM provider) subject to their data processing agreement.

Data retention

Your data is retained until you request deletion. We comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act). To delete your data, email founder@tellwellai.com with “Delete my account” in the subject line. We will confirm deletion within 7 business days.

Cookies

We use minimal session cookies for performance. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party advertising cookies.
